Welcome to the Greenfield Central High School Instrumental Music Boosters website
Corporation Bus Policy
We have received notification from the school corporation
that siblings not enrolled in the program cannot ride the buses, even if the sibling's parent is a chaperone or is
on the bus with the child. We know it has occurred in the past, but it cannot occur any longer. Thank you for your
understanding.
Background Checks for Volunteers
The Greenfield Central School Corporation requires limited background checks on
all volunteers that meet the following conditions, prior to volunteering to help us:
Volunteering?? Check this out!
Does your employer reward
volunteerism or match contributions?
ANYONE, 18 years and older, that is going to be involved with students or in our buildings need a limited
background check done each school year. If you are a school corporation employee or have already turned in a
background check, for another school within our system, they are current and Mrs. Hicks can double check with
the school corporation to verify one is on file.
So...
Chaperones,
Booster Officers,
Pit Crew,
Concessions, Souvies booth,
Equipment/Props,
Truck Drivers,
Contest Workers
and many more volunteers require back ground checks.
Click here to print the forms, complete, sign and date them and turn them into Mrs. Hicks at the Music Office.
Do NOT email them as your
original signature is required. If the forms are turned into any other office, Mrs. Hicks may or may not be notified and you may or may not be allowed
to volunteer.
If you are a committee chair, it's recommended you pass out
background/volunteer forms to your volunteers and have THEM turn them into the Music
Office. The background/volunteer forms are for the school corporation and are considered confidential
documents.
Check with your human resources department. The
G-CHS Instrumental Music Boosters are a 501(c)(3) organization. If your
organization matches donations or rewards you for volunteering your
time, let us know and we'll post the information here.
Here are the organizations we know about:
